Anyone who wants to view, verify the existence of, or delete the personal image information should make a request to the image information processing equipment operator of Lotte Duty Free any time. They can be offered access to the personal image information which they appear in or is required to protect their urgent benefit of life, body, or property.
Lotte Duty Free has the right to decline the request for viewing, verifying the existence of, or deleting the personal image information and will inform the person who making the request of the reason orally, in writing, electronically, or by other means within 10 days when:

Anyone who wants to view, verify the existence of, or delete the personal image information should make a request to the image information processing equipment operator of Lotte Duty Free any time. They can be offered access to the personal image information which they appear in or is required to protect their urgent benefit of life, body, or property.
Lotte Duty Free has the right to decline the request for viewing, verifying the existence of, or deleting the personal image information and will inform the person who making the request of the reason orally, in writing, electronically, or by other means within 10 days when:

- ① the retention time period expires and the personal image information is deleted; or
- ② there are other reasons to decline the request.
- Article 7 Matters Concerning Consignment of Installation, Management, Etc. of Image Information Processing Equipment
- Lotte duty Free entrusts the installation, management, etc. of personal image information to the third parties as follows. Lotte Duty Free also sets forth regulations to manage personal information safely under applicable laws and regulation while the consignment agreement is in effect.

Sensitive personal information about customers is immensely valuable to Hotel Lotte DFS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Lotte Duty Free”). Lotte Duty Free commits to develop and comply with the Image Data Policy or Image Information Processing Equipment Operation and Management Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “This Policy”) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including the Personal Information Protection Act. This Policy may be changed due to enactment or revision of laws, changes in the government policies, or changes in the internal policies of the company. Lotte Duty Free keeps customers informed at the Lotte Duty Free website (www.lottedfs.com) as soon as there is any update.
With this Policy, Lotte Duty Free will notify all its customers of the ways and purposes of using and managing image information processed. For more details, please read the followings carefully.

- ② Retention period: 30 days (Please note that the retention period may vary depending on the image resolution and storage devices available to each Lotte Duty Free store.)
- ③ Data storage location: Stored in recording devices of each Lotte Duty Free store (located in designated restricted areas)
- ④ Privacy protection: Lotte Duty Free creates and manages the records about personal image information used for different purposes, transferred to the third parties, disposed, and accessed. Once the retention time period for particular personal image information expires, the information will be permanently deleted so they cannot be recovered. (Personal image date recorded and stored on paper documents will be shredded or incinerated.)
