Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 15 days from the date of pick-up. If damages or use has come to the product, refunds or exchanges cannot be made.
If advertising information or contract information is incorrect, even after 3 months from the date of pick-up, a refund or exchange can be made.(Even after 3 months or from the date that the customer realizes the incorrection.
Refunds or exchanges are made in accordance the Lotte Online Duty Free procedures and must be conducted with Customs Laws and Regulations. Also, any additional charges including but not limited to delivery fees will be made on behalf of the customer.
Customs Legislation for Exchanges or Refunds:
1. Exchanges or refunds of goods that exceed US $600 or more that must go through overseas international mailing services must be declared to customs before the refund or exchange has been made.
2. Exchanges or refunds of goods that do not exceed US $600 or less that must go through overseas international mailing services are not required to be declared to customs.
